in a lot of cases the picture from a camera is too large. that will cause it to not load or take forever to load. take it into paint and reduce it to 20% and you should be able to load it. Hopefully this is the issue and helpful.

thank you and that was my first thought so i went back and checked the sise of my pic but it was ok so maybe its just taking a while thank you for the help if i knew how to do what your saying reduce it in the paint section i would but i dont thwe computer is not my strongest thing thats for sure thank you for the help mary

Mary, if you're trying to do it this morning, the site seems to be very slow, and I have gotten error messages about too many people trying to access the server. That may be your problem.
