I clicked on the cutealphabets.com and could not download the A - it kept saying login with same user name and password as cuteembroidery.com and I did. No luck. Any suggestions? Arlene G

Hi Arlene, I had the same problem once. You can click on "contact us" at the bottom of the page and send them a message about the problem. Good luck. Pat

Hi Arlene, just a "glitch" in the system. Just keep trying and I'm sure it will be straightened out soon. We surely don't want to miss any of the great alphabets being offered!
