Kipper, if you are talking about the letters on Cute here, the designs are there to be downloaded, it's just the PHOTO that isn't showing up. That red x only means that the link to the picture is broken, not that there's nothing there. Download in your format, you'll see that the design is there. I put up a tutorial with a pictue to help you. I hope you can find it. Best of luck, Marji
