Welcome to the group! Please don't be a silent member. We have alot of fun here. We also have alot of embroidery geniuses on board! As you learn to navigate the site, you will find their beautiful work! I have been on a semi-long vacation from any major embroidery since I got so sick but am much better now. I still have a little way to go but I am over the main problems. The medications I take keep me from feeling very secure about tackling any big projects anymore. I am afraid I will mess up the garment and just be wasting money that I can not afford. I did do a few Christmas gifts last year that turned out just fine but they were for family and I was not so scared to start them. My family has been wonderful through all my illness and the healing. Of course the severe arthritis will never go away but that has been a 15 yr plus thing with me and I have learned to control that. If you have a question, just ask! So far in my time here, I have never seen one asked that someone could not answer if they had enough info. You need to go to the upper right hand corner of your screen and look at some of the beautiful designs done by our Cuties in PROJECTS & BOOKMARKS. When I go to projects, I see so many beautiful designs done our group members that I just want to get over to my machines and sew away. I have never reached the excellent level but I have done alot for many people ,including myself and have never had a complaint. My next project is going to learn to do FSL. Shirlene does some of the most beautiful I have ever seen but she is not the only one that has beautiful FSL. If you need a design, someone is going to know where to find it, if you need a new proceedure, someone is going to know how to do it. This is a well rounded family. Sometimes we don't all agree but we are still family and we do sound like siblings at times. We are always glad to have a new member added to our family. 99% of the time it is alot of fun to be a part of this family and the other 1% it just feels like a real family like the one you have at home. I have met the greatest bunch of people on this group and even though I do not know them personally, I do consider them very real friends! Hugs, Linda in Ga
