This is a banner I made for my Friend who turned 70 in July ( to go with the cake I made and decorated) The material was Pink homespun with Burgundy writing. (all co-ordinated with cake etc). We all signed the banner, with good wishes ,so Lorna now has a keepsake of her great night

thank you Shirlene. I think she was very impressed. Lorna and I go back to early 60's when we used to meet where my train came in and we walked over one of our bridges here in Brisbane to get to work.Long time friend.

Thank you for both comments. The lass from the school called in about 1 month ago. I was glad to see them go. 2 big boxes full. The Fete is on Saturday, BIG event as it's there 75th Anniversary and they are holding a l930's roll call. Wonder how many will turn up. hahahaha oops shouldn't say that.
