Family, I had an e-mail from "Oriental Embroidery", do any of you know if this is a safe site? I have had problems in the past with bad sites, do not want a repeat. Thank you.

Clueless there is a whole list of sites that have viruses or are suspect. Someone posted them once and I copied them in a excell sheet. Maybe you cold ask that question and someone will lead you to a link or PM me and I will e-mail to you what I have. BE CAREFUL

It is Letvia that gave us the list of bad sites. Not sure where to look on the "Cute" site, I am sure she has it posted somewhere here. Someone else will come along that will be more help then I am. H&*.

Just a good rule of thumb, if you didn't sign up on a site and you get email- mark it as spam then delete it from your spam folder.

Thank you Jrob, that is a "good rule of thumb". I usually just stick with the sites that are the good tryed and true ones. H&*. I am going to delete it right now.

I agree with jrob's rule of thumb, but I have never had a problem with this site. I received an e-mail too - I had signed up years ago and don't remember receiving but a couple of e-mails from them in all that time. Of course, I would not click on a link in an e-mail because there are too many frauds out there, but the site is oriental-embroidery.com with the hyphen in there. It is a reputable site though.
