Sorry, don't know about a retired, but embroideryrn has "all men are created equal, but some become soldiers" and I think a couple of others.

I don't know if there's a specific design for "retired" Army, but you could use the regular Army logo and put "retired" over or under it. I remember someone giving a site with military logos quite some time ago, but darned if I remember where. Good luck on your quest! Hugs, Marji
