They usually change sometime around 10am - 1pm Eastern time in the US. Since Veronika does this all herself, the time can vary a lot. Also recently I have noticed that the site can be slow or even exceed the number of connections allowed. We are getting too popular, LOL. The site owner gives us these designs out of the goodness of her heart. She must have unexpected things that happen in her life, (as we all do,) and this may delay the change of the free designs. Please don't 'expect' this to happen at a certain time - or even every day. Just be thankful for such a generous site owner.

Where are you located? If we know where you are, perhaps someone in the same time zone can give you an idea of when the designs change there. The change is not automated, the site owner does it herself, so the time is not always exact. If you are having trouble downloading a free design, please let us know exactly what you are doing, which format, and what happens when you do it, so that we can help you better. I've tried a test download of the free designs in JEF, and had no problem with them downloading. Hang in there, we'll try to help as best we can. Hugs, Marji
