Giving flowers is easy: just click the green flower next to the question and it turns orange and very politely 'says' thanks. (In projects the colour changes from orange to grey, but it works the same way). Flower for you.

Anyone & everyone can give you instructions. They are just a simple click on the flower to change the color meaning a smile after you have read their post or question. You don't have to even reply to the question or post. Just go up in the corner where the flower is & click on it. There are really no rules.
