This one is free from Sadies Creations.I have made many. They stitch up beautifully. Go to the website, then designs, toward the end of the page click on free embroidery designs.

I got it. It's at Oregon Patchworks in the Sensational Samples, January 2009. You do have to log in. It's FSL and has scalloped edges with 2 flowers and a heart in the middle.
