I have a Bernina 730E which I love, but it has been telling me that a design is too big for the hoop, which it is not. So it won't load the design onto my machine from my computer. Help anyone?

are you using PED? Double check at the left top of the screen and make certain you have the proper size set there. Also, I notice on my machine format that while it is a 4x4 it will only accept files 3.93x3.93 or smaller.

on my computerprogram I can make patters smaller and then download them. Look at your hoop how big it is and make it the same on your pattern in perc. example with 20 % smaller. don't forget h and w the same. I hope it will help Yvonne

When I resize a design (smaller) I have to hit the "center the design" button or it thinks it's still outside the lines. So try that if you have one & see if it works.
