You need to use Embird Editor, bring in the first letter then use the "merge design" and select all the other letters you want to use by holding down the Ctrl key, clicking on each letter, then hit enter.

Then you have to line them all up, put them in the correct stitch order and make sure the word will fit into your hoop.
Then Ctrl "A" and "join" the letters into one design file, then "save as" your text design under a suitable name.

Font Engine is well worth the money so you can create your own lower case text, any size to match your "FONT" design collections. As well as other text to add to designs, etc.
