data file may be currupt. I load the same files on the memory card with basic and it sew just fine any ideas than you SASSY

Sassy - Format your flashdrive first. That can be done on your computer, - then write the designs to it and I hope your machine will read it then.

I am sorry I don't have that software but I have had the similar thing happen to me when I first got my machine.
Copy what ever you have on your flash drive first to your computer in a folder somewhere then stick your flash drive into your machine if it doesn't pop up autmatically go through your menu and find "Format Drive" this will erase and format your flash to work on your machine. Your software should've done that for you though but since it didn't your machine will. With my machine I also have to make sure that the designs are in a certain folder that was created when I formated it (EmbF5) because if they are not in it the machine won't read them.
That may be the case with yours also. It won't hurt to give it a try.
