What can I put on the back of my designs if it may rub against my skin? Iron on stabilizer, etc? TIA ;D

Designs by sick has a cloud cover to iron on over the back of the design. I did buy it also somewhere else so I will get that info from my sewing room and answer again so you can compare prices.
