You simply click on the design you want - that will take you to a page where you can pick your format and download. One button has for members and the other button is if you are purchasing the design at a cost. Put your format choice in the member side usually the left side and click download. That action will take you to a second page where you will need to click download again. Then you can save it however you save all your designs. Good Luck sue

First of all Welcome to Cute and I hope you will like it here as much as we all do.<br />To download designs: 1. Go to the blue bar on top of the screen of the home page. 2. Click on one of the tabs Designs, redwork, alphabets, lace, applique or crossstitch. 3. A screen with all kin of designs appears and at the bottom of the page you will see numbers. These are more pages to download designs. 4. Click ont the design you want to download and you will get a screen with the design and 2 possibilities to choose from. Click on free download for members and choose the format you need ART, Pes, Vip etc. 5. click on the pink download button. That brings you to another screen. Press in that screen ont the downloadbutton again and you will see a popup. Now you can save your design in a file that you want to. I hope this will help you. Have fun downloading.

Jim731, first of all welcome!! You will love this site. I see your profile said member since Sept 22. Today is Sept 25.so you should be able to start downloading to your hearts content. When you come on the site, be sure to log on if the site doesn't recognize you and say welcome with your name at the top. After logging on you should be able to click on the design and download it just as you have been able to download the free designs. If you really can't dl or cannot sign in properly. Go to the bottom of the page where it says Contact Us and leave a message about the problem.

If you're still having trouble, let us know what kind of trouble, exactly, so we can be of more help. If you're having actual 'technical' issues, not 'knowledge' issues, best to hit the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page, and ask support. In the subject line, put what kind of problem you're having, like "membership activation" or whatever it is. Let us know how you make out, ok?
