So sorry you are having trouble, I can't help but I know the feeling of not being able to do what you want with your machine. Maybe the person you purchased it from can give you a heads up on it. Who makes the creative Vision machine. I have a Baby Loc ESE2 it is 4 yrs old but not a problem. Hope all works out for you soon. Sara

I think you need to go back where you bought it because for sure there is something wrong with your machine. I'm using creative vision also I encountered some problems too but things are getting better. Good luck and i know you will enjoy it the moment it works good.
