Hi the wings are from www.heartstringsembroidery.com.. the streamer angel, the baby faces is from a group that I bought a few years ago on ebay called grandmas gang and the body is a basic upside down heart applique.
Thank you for the added info and the picture, too. It is adorable and very clever.

Your little angel ornament is simply adorable! Thanks for adding the bigger picture. What a clever idea. They look like you could also make them 3-D, by adding a back side to them and a little stuffing. Maybe even omit the wings and make the baby into a rattle toy. Yes the ideas are endless.
