If you go TO Top Site FROM Cute Embroidery and vote, you are counted on the IN. If you are already on TOP Site and click on Cute Embroidery you are counted on the OUT votes. I don't think you can be counted on both, so say if you were on Designs by Sick and went to Top you would be counted as an IN vote for them, but if you clicked on Cute Embroidery while still there you would be counted as an OUT vote for Cute. Clear as mud?
