It might be too big, it must be under 3 Mb. or under 3072 kb to be precise.

Yes, Ava, it's too big. Take it into your photo processing software and make it a smaller size, as Martine said. I think you should be able to delete your post with the improper photo, and just add a new one with the photo that works. Hugs, Marji

Try checking that it isn't too large, I use maximum 8 x 6, Jpeg.

Also that you aren't trying to upload from sub, sub, sub, folders. :-)
Or that you're not uploading from a file on a different computer (on a network) instead of a file on the pc you are working on.

Usually when only a little cross shows up in a box, it means the computer can't locate the image.

Ava, just try some of the things suggested - it usually is the size. Try saving the picture in a new size with a different name - on your main disk and then come back to the CUTE site and go to MY ACCOUNT - MY PROJECTS - MY PROJECTS - then to the project that you have the trouble with and use the EDIT button - then upload the new picture and then click the SAVE button - you will know right away - if it saved it - as the picture will show up in that project.
