I can only recommend Designs by Sick or Embroidery Library, But of course they aren't free.

You can use the search feature in either site and I would probably search for 'neckline' or borders.

I have a whole lot of large split designs but search as I might I can't locate the site they came from, the bookmark may be on my other computer so I'll have a look in there later tonight, when Ray goes back to work.

kezza2sew already mentioned n.nrrdleowrks.ru. If you look in projects: I did some large designs of them on my shirts.they stitch very well.

I'd seriously look at the n-needlework.ru site. Igor Denisov is the digitizer, and he is excellent. There are quite a few free designs there in the large hoop format, and he does decorative dress and clothing designs. There is a huge iris there that is fabulous. The girls gave you the link below.
