i have tried all of the other suggestions and nothen works, studio freezes up when i click on any part of it

i also have it on a computer with premium but it is a 64 bit. embird has not been able to help at all thanks

you have 32 or 64 bit ?
i have both but the one i am having a problem with is 64 bit. embird or hp support has not been able to tell me what to do. if i watch a video first, then it will work, strange

I have no clue, but maybe I can point you in a helpful direction. Larry Pike, at Artistic Thread works, is a computer genius. I know they have a lot of tutorials for Embird, and computer help for their members. If anyone would know, I think it would be Larry. He and Holly are wonderful people, very kind and helpful.
