Hi, I'm looking for a skirt pattern that has a small ruffle on the bottom or a large rick ~ rack / handerchrief style cut on the bottom. Any leads would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Bringing you back up for some answers. Could you just take the skirt of a dress pattern and put a waistband on it? Or perhaps a full skirt pattern of any sort, and just attach ruffling on the bottom instead of a hem? I'm sure someone will know better than I, I tend to make up patterns as I go along, hee hee hee. Thanks for taking time to try and help me. I do appreciate that. I was starting to think that no one could read my type~o's. I have been looking at patterns online trying to figure something out.
