to that particular tooth. Inflammation in there & he put meds in closed temporarily & told me to come back in 9 days & he will "try to finish it up". In the meantime, " if pain becomes unbearable to call him". I can hardly get my mouth open (which my hubby would probably say is a good thing) LOL use straws on the good side of my mouth, & rinse with warm salty water. Waaaaah! I woulld like to just lie down & cry but then my head would hurt also. Keep praying for me dear cutes, I simply have to be a big girl & quit this whimpering. Love u guys Lillian

Oh no. I am so sorry that you are one of the people where the root canal is more complicated. I had 3 in my life. 2 of them were absolutely no problem and one was hell. I will pray that the meds calm down the inflammation and that you will feel better really soon.

Lillian, I am so sorry to hear you are still not finished with this tooth problem, you have all my sympathy, bacause I think toothache (any toothproblems) are the worst.
Pray for you, and try to keep that sunny side up.
Hugs and God bless

Lillian, you poor dear - I hope that they can finish it up - on the next visit. Keep that warm salty water up - that is the key to get rid of any infections.

Shirlene I think after all of this is over I deserve another machine, don't you? Problem is there'll be no money left.

I'm so sorry he wasn't able to take care of it today. I can't imagine 9 more days. I had a double root canal on both of my eye teeth many many years ago. I was in the chair for more than 4 hrs. and had the opposite problem from you. I had my mouth propped open with that black rubber block for so long that I couldn't close it for several hours after the procedure. I looked a total fool driving home with my mouth hanging open. I do not envy you the wait. You have all my sympathy and prayers that these next 9 days pass very quickly for you.

I feel for you Lillian. I work as a Dental Receptionist and we have root fillings every day. They can be nasty little devils! I do hope the tooth settles down. It sounds like it needs a few days to recover from the swelling associated with the digging around.

Good luck and I'll keep you in my prayers. Love and blessings Chris

Lillian, I am a bit late on this one but I do hope you are feeling better today! I need to have alot of dental work done but first things first. I have got to get my legs well and healthy before I can afford to start on something else. The dentist is my least favorite place to have to go! Hugs, Linda
