Rarely have I seen the designs not change during a 24 hour period. I have noticed that there is not a definate time for the design to roll-over or change. Sometimes I come to the site numerous times a day, just to be sure that I don't miss anything. So it could be that you are checking at the times that no change has been posted. Keep looking and I'm sure you will find it. :)
