went outside to work in yard. Planted some more pansies around mail box and clipped a few bushes and started the lawn mower, cut about 1/3 of yard and time ran out. Had to take food out of the oven. Sweetie came over to eat, cleaned up the kitchen, took my bath and here I am. probably same routine or similar tomorrow. Sometimes, I wonder why I still have this house and all the yard work. Is this the American Dream???? But I am happy, just tired!!!

The yard work does not sound good, but the food sounds delicious!

Wish I had your ambition--almost nothing got done around here today. Maybe tomorrow I'll hit it running!

Ummmmm Paula Dean one of my faves, but haven't been much in the mood to cook lately especially since there's very little I can eat at this point. You are working to hard katy. I'm glad u are happy & I guess content. What is the American Dream? I think I have held on to it a few times but somehow it slips through my fingers. Always thought when I reached this age I would b traveling & enjoying life without a care. God had another plan for me. Love u lady lillian

Wasn't this a glorious day in the south? We were camping at Fall Creek Falls and enjoying the beautiful fall colors and the changing of the seasons. The sun shone brilliantly and added to the joy of leaf watching. Sounds like you had a great day. If you are happy, then it is the American dream.
