I just tried to d/l JEF format of the garden set hat (hourly freebie) and could not, but I did d/l Pes format if you can convert it.

If it is on the change over of the design some times it wont work,just try a little later will be a different design

Also been struggling, but will also try the pes, as I could not download Jef.

I have been able to get jef on some of the hourly free and hourly hunts and not on others. Like other cuties I have D/L pes and will convert to jef. There must be a blip on the site as it is usually very reliable.
