Click it and you come to a page with a 'click here' message, do that and you've voted. There you see Cute in second place. Click it to go back to Cute or try one of the other top sites.

When you go to download your free design above the select format it says "click here to vote this site"
click that then a screen comes up saying clik to enter click it then click on cute designs close screens and your done.
