I must agree seeing her at the age of 1. She can figure things out really fast. As for her health, she is off of all meds for her heart and blood preasure. She is wearing 12 month clothes and she is 20 pounds. She is small and only 10% on the growth chart but we don't have to make our next decission about growth harmones until she drops off of the growth chart. Right now she eats everything and she is very happy. Thanks for all of the prayers from all of you.

So glad Adelaide is doing so well! Yes, it's hard to believe, seems like just yesterday you were telling us about her being born! Wow, how time flies. Great news about her health! Hugs, Marji

So glad little Adelaide is doing so well. Sounds to me like she is on her way now. My granddaughter only weighed 20 lbs. at a year. Saying a prayer that Adelaide is going to be fine. Keep us all posted on her progress. Hugs to you and little Adelaide. Lynn

How wonderful. I too, feel like part of Adelaides cheering squad. She has been on my prayer list and heart for a whole year now. I pray for continued results and great strides in her developement. She's a fighter, I'm sure she will easily overcome anything she comes up against.;)

How wonderful for Adelaide's progress. When my son was a year old, he was in the 10th percentile for height and weight. Of course I was concerned, but the pediatrician said she wouldn't expect him to be huge as neither of us (his parents) were. Now he is 28 and a picture of health; he's tall and strong. Miracles do happen. Will keep your little Adelaide in my prayers, along with her family.
Love,
Jacqueline

I am so proud your granddaughter is doing well. God gives us miracles and yes he answers prayers. I know because my Granddaughter was born at just less than 30 weeks. She only weighed 1 lb 4.8 ounces and was 11 1/2 inches long. today she is 28lbs and very healthy. The only problem she has is one eye us slightly turned out but you don't notice that a lot. It was a rocky start. but she had Physical and OT therapy after leaving the hospital and she has finished both. Which the OT Therapist told my DIL that most children don't finish, they discharge them when they start Pre K. she has no know learning disabilities or any of any kind.
We thank god everyday. She will be three on January 11. Yes we believe in miracles and you can too. god Bless You and your family.
