Does anyone know where I can get a design of the wind blowing. It looks like a cloud, with a face ,blowing cold air. Thanks Lynn

Hi Ann the Gran has one in her download section on the 1st page of the celestial designs, about half way down. It's a big blue cloud blowing cold air. Hope it's what you are looking for.And it's FREE too.
