I think you're talking about a program called Iconizer, where you can see what design is in the file, the same as you can see in your "My Pictures" part which photo is in the file? Yeah, now that I got that far, I can't remember who makes it, but I think it's $20. Debleerl (Debbie) has the program, if she doesn't see this and answer, you might want to send her a Private Message, she'll be able to help. Yep...it's SewIconz. I don't know how I ever lived without it!

I use Embird iconizer, it's a good program and not expensive (20$)
