Just go to the Embird site. The upgrade is free for those who have Embird 2008, for older versions there are different (low) prices. And as always you can have a trial for 30 days.

As Martine said Embird is always available to download for 30 day free trial, after that you need to purchase a licence for each module you wish to continue using.

The FREE upgrade is only for those people who already have licenced versions, but the download does contain the full version. While you are using it in TRIAL mode there might be some restrictions to saving designs, etc.
