hi, it is not a logo ,it is an alphabet in devnegri script,and as far as i know nobody has rights over alphabets,may be i may be wrong.
It is the most sacred alphabet to all we HINDUS.every one has a right over it,it is like a cross to catholic. we as Hindu believe that the universe started with the sound of AUM and will end with it.

Dear Tanuja, I'd love to digitize a design for you, but not this one, because it was used for a very destructive cult in Japan, and its lider and followers, in 1995, killed 12 and injured more than 5000 people in Japan, by spreading gas sarin in Tokyo's subway system. Please, I hope you understand, it's for respect to the killed and injured people of my country.

I do understand what u feel n respect it.
It is very sad that 2 of the most sacred symbols to us HINDUS have been used by mad n evil men not knowing the true power of these symbols.
I was not aware of the use of this symbol.I only new of the use of SWASTIKA by Hitler.
To us HINDUS these 2 smybols are very sacret and they mean GOD the the destroyer of evil,and that is why we alway have them at the entrance of our house to keep away evil.

this is just a little bit of research i did on the cult u mentioned.they did not use the symbol of AUM... they just used one of its meaning, that is, universe. even when Hitler used the SWASTIKA he did not use it the way we HINDUS write it, he left out the dots in it.
