As far as saving I would create a seperate folder and copy and paste in there. Does your machine recognize the file?

I can't create a file on my machine. The machine recognized the letters and designs that were on the floppy. I entered them in the machine and arranged them in the sewing machine. Then I tried to save that arranged file onto the floppy but the computer doesn't know what to do with it.
I should add that I can take that design from the floppy and put it in my computer but then I can't open it to see a design.

you can save it on your PC, the Pc just cann't open it because it's a format of your machine and your pc cannot read that kind of file.but when you copy it later on from the PC on the floppy again your embr.machine will recognize it and can embroider it.
