the top tension of MC11000 is loose, then when doing embroidery, the thread breaks and a nest is formed at the bottom.

I'm not familiar with your machine but I just had a problem with a pre-wound bobbin that was too full. I got a nest and had to unwind some of the bobbin, then it worked fine.
Can you adjust your top tension? Have you re-threaded the machine?
