OK, from what I have just seen, it still requires you create different folders and manually move your design files into them, why pay to do that?
You don't need to buy a program to do what anyone can do manually from within Windows explorer. It just takes time and perseverence.
If you need more help email me tomorrow as MIL won't be here so I can work at my pc all day until my drs appnmt.

Thanks for the answers but what I am after is a program that stops you from adding duplicate copies into my folders

I made my own using Windows Explorer & add folders as needed & name them. when I download a file it will tell me if I already have a file with that name check the file to see if it is the same design as there are a lot of designs with the same names, if it is same name but different design I will add a number to the end or the digitizers name. *4uall

I just add folders in explorer... I have Designer's Gallery, but I find it more annoying than anything else. :-)

I use windows explorer and make a folder for instance for Cute Embr, and put everything I download in subfolders under it, i.e Alphabets, FSL, etc. That I do with all the sites I go to. Then Eric once gave a link to AvaFind and it is a wonderful tool. In the beginning I was stupid and just downloaded the design with the no or whatever they call it. Now I put a name before the no like Rose UTC1234. Or u put all the roses in 1 subfolder with the name rose. When u use AvaFind you just put in rose and all of the roses on your computer comes up. Give it a try and you will love it. In the beginning it is a lot of work to get everything organised but afterwards it's a breeze. Hope you will get what u want. Annatjie
