is your embroidery machine not reading the card when you insert it...What size is your embroidery field..if you choose a 5x7 hoop selection to use on a 4x4 embroidery machine it will not read the card..

I had the same problem and thought my card went bad. Bought two new cards and had the same problem wiht the new ones. Then I looked at how I had the card formatted, and the problem was exactly what lv2sew described. Check the formatting you choose in PE Design, when you write the files to your card.

Have you checked that your models are in PES format?
