Can someone tell me is Tubby and Ricky the same person as I see the Baby Alphabet from Tubby is exactly the same as the one Ricky has on their site called babythings alpha now

More than one person can buy the art for a design then they have to digitize the stitches themselves. So you will see the "same picture" but the stitches will be different.

No, Tubby and I are not the same people. We both use the same clipart, but if you noticed they are not exactly alike. I have used different stitches to what Tubby uses. I also never show anything except the actual stitch outs.
