What size design does your machine take? I believe this font takes a 5x7 hoop.

I am sorry I do not have this font, but my husband said on a few designs for some reason the card reader did not recognize them. He opened it in embird editor and resaved it as a .pes file again and it worked beautifully. I hope this helps. I am thinking about purchasing the same machine you have may I PM you to ask some questions?

I haven't tried it yet. It says the A is 5.46 inches wide and 5.75 high. Are you using the right size hoop? It's not the little 4x4 hoop.
I know some designs are done in pes 6.0 and I have to reformat to a lower format pes5.6. But this design doesn't seem to have that problem. What format do you need?

Hi I have a babylock & have sewn out 4 different letters. it is a little tight in stitches that is i do another one, i will ungroup them & restitch the stitches to make them more easier to sew. I have whe whole set of the alpha

I might be wrong, but I think there is a newer version of PES, and some machines/software doesn't recognize this newer version. I don't know what version Skiey PES is ... just a thought. (Sorry, but I didn't see sewmom's comment, but I think she is right about the versions.)
