look so neat, and sounded like what I wanted for a room that we are not in much. Well, I set it up, and later when I had to go through the room I heard a noise that sounded like a cat hissing at me. I could not figure out where that sound came from. I don't have any pets, so it was not that. I looked around the room to make sure that one of the strays had not gotten into my house. Later I heard it again, and then realized that it was the deoderizer. When I told Hubby about it, he just shook his head, and said, "you dumb ole girl". But, at least the room smells like fresh linen now. LOL

My DH put 1 of those up & the same thing happened with the hissing noise. I thought of snakes around, so needless to say the deodoriser has GONE!!!!!!!

Oh these commercials--they sure know how to sell! Who would have thought that Snuggies were serious? I still want a "clapper".

Beth, now that you have your wild animal sorted out, are you hissing back? I hope you don't have to go through that room in the dark of night!;)

Just wait until it is on it's last legs, ready for replacement, I can't describe the noise it makes but it isn't a gentle hiss.... so be prepared... LOL!!!

I have them in about 5 different rooms as I love the fresh smell, they are so worth the money.

I just love them - we have them at work (but kept in the toilet)to keep the "Dental" smell at bay.

At home I have rose oils and what looks like incense sticks coming out of the top of the bottle.

I love Meg's description of them - it's just like somebody blowing a raspberry! but a bit worse. I am still giggling at this one.

Love and blessings Chris

Oh you are a 'funny gal' - you tell Ken - I said so. Hehehe! I bought one of these, too - I think that sound scared me more times than I want to say - I never thought of a cat in the house - but I do know - that I had to turn it off one time - because I was shaking so much that day. But now - I have it in a new location - one that I will not hear it so much - Hehehe! I really laughed at your little funny. *4U

Well, that noise would be very annoying to me. I wuild need it in the room that I spend most of my time in since I'm a smoker. Thanks for the warning...I don't think I'll be wanting to add more noise to my sewing/computer/TV/Bedroom. LOL!
