Snow in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Yes, you read that right. My kids are hoping for a snow day but I think we got a little last night and it will be mostly rain mixed with little snow today

I guess we are too close to the bay. My youngest kids have never seen snow, bummer. Our high is 48 and lows of 33 so even if it did snow it would not last. They said Danville had some dusting as well as in the higher altitudes.

Woke up to snow on my lawn. I live in Roseville near Sacramento. Didn't stay but enough to make me feel more like Christmas.

It's pretty rare here too. I did have a snow day in the 1970's when I was in high school. And I think we've had one or two since then.

I'm a California girl born and raised so I really like the sun. But a little snow now and then is fun and exciting, as long as I know it's temporary.

No snow here yet,in southern Ontario. We are to get rain on Wednesday. At this time of year snow would be better than rain and cold wind.
