These are quick and easy to do. I found the hats at the dollar tree and made these up for gift bags. My youngest GS chose the middle one to put his girlfriends Christmas gift in. The other two are going to my GDs. I couldn't really find very nice hats, and my daughter chose the elf hat, but I think that I really like the way it turned out. I lined each bag with co-ordinating Christmas fabric.
