Today's free sketchy Christmas tree would be a great design to sew onto cardstock for Christmas cards, don't you think? Now to find a link to show me how to do it. Can someone show me the way?

I'm going to try it on handmade paper, then tear out a rectangle to mount on a card.

Tried it - looks lovely but attractive paper tearing proved beyond me!
Have you tried mulberry paper? Don't know what it is called outside UK. Put ruler on paper, 'paint' a line of water, keep ruler in place and gently tease surplus away from ruler. Practice first !!!
