When I download a "pack", it looks like a manilla folder with a name beneath it as in: bow_art.zip ( it comes zipped and I use .ART) I double click on that and get a manilla folder with bow_art beneath it. I then click on that that and click on Extract all files at which point I get a folder w/ 4 pictures of designs included in the pack. When I click on that I can see all 10 designs in the pack.
