Try terradonembroidery.com very nice people to work with. I use their Poly Marathon thread, which is very nice to work with and has a nice shine to it. Also free shipping over $50. No minimun.Great Prices too on all their supplies.

I have bought stabilizer in precut sheets at allstitch embroiderysupply, they have many sorts,particularly,sticky stitch which is very useful to embroider on T shirt, and knitting. I think that they are not too expensive, and the shipping up to France not too much
