you might be able to digitize adding utters to the cow? My daughter has used a cow as her 'icon' since middle school and it seems the right thing to add to a burp cloth!!

It is not legal to change a design in that way it would be cute but it would not be right you need to find a cow with an udder.

I have drawn you a jersey cow if you like her i give free rights to anyone who want to digitize her for you and share her with other cuties she is my own drawing and there is no copy write attatched to the drawing if she isn't quite right i could vary her a little but i cannot copy the other one or do any thing close to that design as that would breech the copy right, She is only pencil drawn quickly so who ever wants to try to digitize her may want to neaten her up a bit

Would it still be a violation, if someone digitized utters, then she could insert them where she wanted them? Just a thought??

the only way to beat copy right in a court of law is to be satisified that the design is changed more than 50% and who knows what level that is no one very hard to define and just adding an udder would not do it. you can use colour variations. that is not changing the design.

Dolly, if Ezzemml would agree to it, I would be only to happy to digitise her Clara cow for you and the other Cuties who might like to have it.
Please contact me at melide_menschen@yahoo.com.au if you wish to take up this offer and Ezzemml too if you would permit me to digitise it.

If you don't need a specific cow, I think the one here on Cute is very cute--and comes complete with udders :) Just skip the green grass.

Hey Dolly, I've finished Clara, but too much text to fit it all in the 4x4 hoop, so how do these grab you?
Let me know what you think and if you like them, they are yours. Hugs n roses, Meganne
