Hi, Elizabeth! I use Janome's Digitizer Pro, and so does Debbie (debleerl) and I think a couple of others on this site. First, did you get a manual with your software, and did you buy it from a dealer? You'll need the manual to make yourself familiar with how the software itself works. If you got it from a dealer, they should offer free lessons on the software. If you go to the Janome website, there are also tutorials on the digitizing software. Be warned, that website is kind of confusing, with where things are and how to get to them, but the tutorials are there. Do you know anything at all about the concept of digitizing? There's more to it than running your software, you need to know the basics to use any of the digitizing software out there. Let us know, we'll see how we can help you. You've embarked on an exciting learning experience, stick with it and you'll be making some fabulous designs in a little while! Hugs, Marji
