Put this together today. The pic simply does not do it justice. Several different colors of blues & a hodge podge of different textures. Fleece of light blue is the back.

U know that really is what it is . A quilt without batting. The backing is a solid piece of fleece. The front is what you are looking at. I cut the fleece larger than the front/top. Laid top on fleece sewed all the rick rack on. Since backing was larger than top decided to fringe instead of hemming.

Thanks Martine LOL I had some pink fabric with little green frogs & thought to myself. Little girls like frogs, just like boys. Did not use the pink fabric but liked this. *

Today! You´re really quick.... You gave me a great idea on how to end my storyquilts - the fringe... Thnks! /Peggy

Thanks Peggy. The fringe was simply an after thought but I really liked it after I finished. I will do others like this. I also liked the deep blue baby rick rack I used to frame with. sometimes I really don't have a plan I think it up as I go along and this was one of those times. *

Thanks tippi I have the same problems with my fingers, they just want do what my brain tells them to do. LOL Of course that's just some of the parts that don't want to cooperate with my brain. *
