How do you navigate this site?

Very frustrating trying to find something on this site. I purchased a 6-month membership a few months back and hadn't really tried to 'find' anything. Just downloaded a few of the designs shown on the home page. Today I tried to find a particular design and am not having a good experience. There is no 'search' feature. I see "Top 50 Tags" but what I'm looking for is not listed. I click on 'View all tags' and get an alphabet a-l (where's m through z?)....do I only get half an alphabet because I only bought half a year subscription? I've now spent over an hour searching on this website and am totally disgusted. Looking on the 'forum' feature for help is useless. I belong to over 70 Yahoo embroidery groups and view hundreds of websites a week. Never have I had such a frustrating experience trying to locate designs. Like another lady that posted a little while ago, I too thought I was purchasing a membership to Cute Alphabets. Only to find out (once I had spent the money) that this site is not connected to that one. Sorry I'm out $30 dollars; but I won't make that mistake again.

When you look on top of this page you will find different tabs under free designs like: Designs, Redwork, Alphabets, Lace, Applique and crossstitch. When you click on one of these tabs you will see pictures of designs. Click on that and that brings you to a page whre are 2 places to download. First is Free download for members. C hoose your needed format and click on download, That brings you to the next paghe and you can download your design. Downm the page of designs where you started you will find little squares with numbers. That art numbers of different pages. Click on each number that weill b ring you to a next page to down,load designs in the way I just wrote. Look also under the tag "tutorial" Marjialexa wrote us tutorials about how to use this site. HERE IS MY "WELCOME TO CUTE"....iD YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS the site owner will be back on the 20th....please leave her a message and she can help you out if you cannot figure it out from us....although iris2006 has answered you......

you can also open up a link someone has posted and for future references you can click on the little check mark...this will be avaialble to pop up for you whenever you click on the tab that is "marked"

others will send to you a PM...this is a private message just between the 2 of you...to access those you just need to click on the tab "PRIVATE"..

if you purchased a few months ago, then download the designs first and then you can go download the d'DESIGNS BY CUTIES" later if your time expires....

have fun and ask again if you need help.....the numbers/flowers under your avatar is a very good indicator of whom has been here awhile or post alot...you would gain alot of knowledge and help from those who have alot.....lol deanna

in first WELCOME !!!running with this site is easy, however: English is not my mother tongue but I've never had a problem finding the designs! Top of the page, you have categories: click on that (those) that interests you then look at all pages !!!

Anytime you start using a new site it takes a while to figure out all of the links. There really are some nice features here. The site manager has done lots of changes to the site through the last few years- all have made the site better. Some of those changes were suggested by members. Please explore to learn how the site works. Most of us really like it! I'm sure you will find more than $30 worth of designs you like.

PS. When I first joined I slowly went through all of the pages of each catorgory and downloaded the ones I wanted. After that all you have to do is keep track of the current pages of each catagory because the latest designs will be displayed there.

If u will look to the left of your screen under general u will see the word tutorial. Click on this & u will find quite a few tutorials on how to find your way around. We r here to help u anyway we can. don't b frustrated, talk to us, someone will help u. We r one of the best sites on the internet, simply because we care & want u to find what u want. Just ask, someone will be along to help. Try it. We want u to be happy with us. *
