Very curious before I re sign in to one of my groups...think it was saying they are doing a new way to their groups as of now on.... what do you recon

When you log into yahoo you are in and most of the time can do anything "yahoo" while you are there. You can check your mail and go to your groups and see your personalized page if you made one. But occasionally I will open another browser/page to check something in my mail while I'm still logged on to the first one and when I go back it will ask for my password again. It always looks like a yahoo page but I suppose if someone was trying to fool you they would make it look like a yahoo page too. So, I would say if it looks like you have to log in again and you are not sure about it just close the page and start over. But really, it doesn't happen that often.

By the way, if you are in yahoo on 2 different pages and you log out on one it will log you out on both. You might still see the first page but if you click on anything then you will see that you have to log in again.

Be careful. I just received a warning from Microsoft that the site is unsafe and I should leave it. I believe it was on DigiFavs.

I just visited the digifavs site and there seems to be nothing amiss. Perhaps the reason for your message is because of the scripts that load so that you can play with the creatures in the tank..? (good time-passers btw heh)
Forgot to mention that if you use Firefox, then get the addon "NoScript". All scripts on all pages you visit are then automatically blocked (eg flash, popups, even giving a flower here) until you allow that script to run. Makes for a safter browser than Internet Explorer...which I wont use (IE that is).
I've also visited Yahoo! many times since the reports started of this trojan/virus. I've signed in, been to visit my groups, read mail, and not come across whatever this is. Again I put it down to Firefox blocking the scripts - thankfully. Sadly the ppl who write these virii know all too well the vulernabilites of IE.
Just my thoughts - Im not forcing anyone to stop using IE, just letting you know there are other options to browse the web with :)

Folks, DigiFavs is clean (yes really).
It is true that the activities on DigiFavs (pets and games) may cause some alerts for some folks dependent on their own *personal* computer settings; but those activities are completely harmless.
Also, DigiFavs and our other site, The Enchanted Cottage, are hosted by a company that shuts down access when any viral activity at all occurs on sites they host, if you visit the sites you'll see they're up and running.
If people are still in doubt, visit MacAffee Advisor and see the rating where "no threats found" is listed.
Yes, I understand folks want to be careful, as well they should be, BUT we also need to be careful of statements that indicate a site is unsafe, particularly if it really IS safe, such as DigiFavs.
Why? Well if it drives visitors away...need I say more? Probably not.
If DigiFavs weren't safe, that would be one thing, but since it is...well again, need I say more?
So yes, be careful wherever you go on the net, but be careful that you don't point the finger somewhere it's not warranted. Even then, wouldn't it be better to notify the site owner so they can fix it?

McAfee Site Advisor shows DigiFavs as safe. I'd say that's a fairly reliable 'second opinion':

Kezza, I don't think Yahoo7 has been affected by this virus problem yet.
Normally to get into your Groups you must first be signed in to Yahoo so it can recognise you, but you only need to sign into Yahoo once.
You should tick the box that says "keep me signed in for 2 weeks" that way if you keep getting asked to sign in, you will know there is "potentially" something amiss.

At our house we don't stay signed on because we have the whole family sharing computers sometimes. So, staying signed on is great if no one else is around to mess with your stuff.
