I have a D-1 and Diamond I really like Husqvana and have had mine 2001 and bought the diamond last year a who would repair it if needed? and where? I would say say yes but your software you have now will it work? with it did you mean SE? I f the price is right yes!! I would Sue

62 hours total is not a lot, you could do that in amonth if you wanted to. So, if there's a dealer not to far away and the price is right, go for it. But as for normal maintenace, can this dealer do that for you. repairs might be a different matter, but a yearly cleaning ans service must be possible - ask him.

I think it's probably a good deal. I have a SE and a Diamond and like them. As for the software, it MAY be just the Organizer, not the whole 4D (or 3D) package. Ask. You can use other formats in the SE and they will come up just fine on the machine screen. You need a stick (which comes with it) to load designs to the machine unless you hook it up to the computer. I have found almost all flash drives will work EXCEPT Sansdisk. Try to find a couple 2 GB flash drives you can use as they are a LOT cheaper than the Viking stick. But don't get larger than a 2 GB as it just takes too long to load to the machine. I found some at Office Depot up at the cash register! Both worked just fine. (One's a funky thing with strange hair!)

Sounds like it might be a good deal especially considering the hours used. However, it may depend upon the price. Getting the computer software is also a great bonus especially if it is 4D extra. I have had an SE for over 2 years(with 206 total hours) and love it. I have it connected directly to the computer with a USB cable and love that feature! You do know that they are no longer making the SE model? They will still support it.

If the price is good, and it is something that you want - go for it. I have the SE that was updated to the LE - in fact 2 of them. I know what I was offered for mine in a trade in to the Diamond not too long ago. Make sure that you get the 4D pro software = I think you would be happier with that.
